1. Service Agreement

By engaging Pewumpekon services, you agree to these terms. All automotive services are provided by Swift Maintenance Collective, Dashboard Revival Motors, or Velocity Care Garage as applicable.

2. Service Scope

We provide engine maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services. Specific services will be detailed in your service quotation. Work commences only upon written approval.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements are agreed
• We accept cash and card payments
• Invoices include service details and warranty coverage

4. Warranty

All completed services include a 30-day parts and labour warranty. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

5. Liability

Pewumpekon and its service partners are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the service cost paid.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information and history
• Remove personal items before service
• Follow post-service care instructions

7. Data Protection

We collect vehicle and contact information for service purposes only. Your data is protected under Malaysian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Cancellation & Disputes

Services may be cancelled with 48-hour notice for a full refund. Disputes will be resolved through fair negotiation or relevant local authorities.

9. Changes to Terms

Pewumpekon reserves the right to update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued service use implies acceptance.
